Attracting a diverse set of leaders to teach for two years in Zimbabwe’s highest-need communities so that they can unleash their own leadership and the leadership of their students. These teachers have the knowledge and skills, to perform well in their jobs and they will not only provide quality teaching but also help support the healthy development and personal growth of marginalized learners.
