Thousands of Zimbabwean children lack the education, support, and opportunity to thrive. TFZ will strive to change this injustice, by:

• Raising the standard of education by placing specially trained teachers, in Zimbabwe’s high-need schools, who have the knowledge and skills, to perform well in their jobs. These teachers will not only provide quality teaching but also help support the healthy development and personal growth of marginalized learners;
• Assisting in the implementation of an improved education system that is holistic and equitable and meets diverse needs.
• Acting as lifelong advocates for these underprivileged students and their schools.
• Providing the tools necessary for these children to successfully navigate the world that they live in and fulfill their true potential.
