Ubongo Kids

TFZ entered into a partnership with UBONGO which is an African edutainment company that create fun, localised and multi-platform educational media that reaches millions of families through accessible technologies. The programs significantly improve school readiness and learning outcomes for kids, and also promote social and behavioral change for kids, caregivers and educators. TFZ was given rights and access to the UBONGO content broken down as follows:

• Akili and me which is meant for children below 7 and the content is meant to prepare children for pre-school
• Ubongo kids which covers learners from 7 to 12 years. This is where we normally have the grade 5 to 6 learners
• Akili family which incorporates some parenting skills
• Akili Radio which is a radio broadcast
