TFZ 4th Cohort Virtual Pre-Institute Training

Teach For Zimbabwe is currently having the Virtual Pre-Institute Training for the 4th Cohort Fellows. The training stretches from 18 September to 29 September 2023. The fellows will get a chance to meet the TFZ staff, alumni, current fellows amongst others. The 4th Cohort Fellows will get insights on all the TFZ modules listed below:

1. Induction Module
2. Climate Change
3. Personal Effectiveness
4. Entrepreneurship
5. Fundamentals of Teaching
6. Economic Fundamental Pillars
7. Innovative and Creative Leadership

Fellows will receive training on effective teaching methods and pedagogical approaches to engage students and facilitate their learning. This could include strategies for lesson planning, instructional techniques, classroom management, assessment methods, and differentiation to meet diverse student needs. Fellows will also learn how to assess student learning through various methods, such as formative and summative assessments. Additionally, they may be trained on analyzing student data to identify areas of improvement, track progress, and inform instructional decision-making.
